I recently hosted a combined 16th and 18th birthday celebration for about 35 guests at Fiume Rooftop Bar and the whole experience was outstanding. From my very first email, Mia was exceptional — clear, helpful and genuinely supportive. She made the entire planning process easy by explaining everything involved, from the requirements to the facilities and services available. The pricing per guest was very reasonable compared to other venues I had researched and the flexible minimum spend was a huge bonus. Being able to use it across both food and beverage options made planning stress-free. The food honestly blew me away. The selection, quality, presentation and variety were exceptional — we easily had enough to feed twice our group size. Every dietary requirement was covered, which I really appreciated. In the days leading up to the event, we were worried about the weather since it's an open rooftop space. The team was incredibly accommodating and kindly moved us to a covered area on the day, ensuring our celebration wasn’t disrupted. I also loved having peace of mind with their no-cancellation-fee policy if weather became an issue. When we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that our group felt looked after. And of course, the venue itself is stunning — breathtaking views of the river and the Story Bridge. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Fiume Rooftop Bar for any special occasion, big or small. The food, service and ambience were all excellent. Thank you to the Fiume team for making our celebration so memorable.

My family celebrated my sister’s 25th birthday there over the past weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent at Fiume. The food was amazing, drinks were great and the vibe of Fiume is unmatched. All who attended keep raving on about Fiume and are 1000% already looking at coming back, highly recommend. We had a Valentine’s Day dinner and Max was our waiter for the evening. Max was an excellent waiter. He was attentive to every one of our needs and was constantly checking if we needed anything else. Everyone time he attended our table he greeted us with a smile and a positive gesture. We’ve never had such great service from a waiter at any restaurant. When we asked if we could give him a tip, he refused and said it was his pleasure to already be paid to serve people like us. This shows the passion Max shows for his job which every other waiter could idolise from him.

Thought that we'd give this bar a try seeing that we happened to be in the area Glad we did, the excellent service by the security and hostess to the waitstaff right through to the barstaff was only surpassed by the awesome views Great river views nicely accompanied by the relaxed and chilled atmosphere

What a wonderful surprise. First time guests and bowled over firstly by the service (kudos to Max for being not only brilliant at his job but for being a bloody good guy. He made us laugh and made us feel like we were the only ones there). The food - OMFG! Cooked to perfection, beautifully presented and served just when required. Lastly, bar staff - nailed it. Best spicy margaritas we’ve had in a long time. Thanks again Fiume - Valentine’s Day 2026 will be one to remember.

Lunch at Fiume was brilliant. We each ordered our own dishes but ended up sharing everything to be able to taste all the flavours on the table. My personal favourite was the king prawns dish, absolutely delicious. Great cocktails too (you have to try the clarified Espresso Martini!), paired with a lovely view on the river. Service was top notch too, Angie was very caring and attentive to us. 10/10 would come back and recommend!

Had an amazing experience attending Fiume Melbourne Cup event. Purchased VIP tickets and was lovely having our own lounge, food station and bar area with a huge screen to watch the race. The staff and service was exceptional. So many good options that tasted amazing as well as plenty of champagne and cocktails. Loved the champagne bell, Photo Booth and promo girls who were lovely. Thank you Fiume for putting on a fabulous day, definitely recommend.

Came for the Friday oyster happy hour! $3 each and some drinks ! Love they do espresso martini! And the views of the Story bridge was great also better to book a table!

The place was beautiful, great view and atmosphere. The food also amazing, we got the 500gr steak and it was a 10/10, the drinks were very well made and beautifully presented. Valentina was our waitress and help with every detail!

Vid was sooo welcoming as a manager normally bar managers are stressed looking if you even get to see them but what a cheerful guy. It is hot during the day but as evening comes it’s worth the view of the bridge. The food was ok priced drinks a bit steep but all the bars in this wharf are kinda pricey. Dj was kinda hot both physically and from the heat.
